About Radium Hot Springs
A lukewarm spring on the banks of the Colorado River accessible by a short paddle or scramble along the riverbank. The modest temperature makes it more of a warm soak than a hot one, but the remote riverside setting and lack of crowds reward those who make the effort. Named for trace amounts of naturally occurring radon in the water.
